Selling the Ktimat Home

When we finished the renovations we swore we would never, not ever move. This is such a cozy place. Sharon has made so many changes to the interior. Back when she bought it...9 years ago, it was a standard Kitimat bungalow. Kind of all closed in...this was a house built in the 50's, right? With the help of her son-in-law, they opened up the kitchen and installed new cupboards. She also had all new windows put in and created a beam ceiling. Then, two years ago we embarked on a reno that included new engineered hardwood floors with radiant in-floor heating. New bathroom with heated tile floors and a tiled shower enclosure. Up-graded gas fireplace, SS gas range, new utility room and built in the washer/dryer to create more space and had the entire yard fenced and gated.
