More things I didn't know when considering renos....
The house is actually 2/3 painted....it would have been finished yesterday, except for the bathroom, but the painter guy quit. Quit his company. So...we wait.
On a brighter note...I am on the Group-on website and they had tickets for Rod Stewart and Santana on at better than 50% for an August show in Vancouver, so....score!
