Valentines Day in Lousiana

Works for me.... 






These gates are very common if you go down by the levee's and rivers.  This one..can't say about all...is 75ft down. Man...and it's a bulbous bottom too, to ensure it doesn't get moved easily.





This is a train bridge and yes, still very active. They leave the rust as opposed to painting it...let the rust protect the metal.






We dodged back to Franklin. Wanted to see the antebellum homes.










This was the slave quarters to the house above.




























Gad..the colour on this looks so bad...but let me assure, you it was delicious. A soft crab salad....
