Ashes to ashes.....

The major reason Sharon had flown down to Vancouver was to spread her mom's ashes. She and her three siblings had arranged to meet and following their mom's instructions, planned to gather at a cemetery and a beach at Stanley Park. We arrived an hour before the others and that worked out well. Sharon had some time to herself and her mom...and we made coffee and each had a piece of my daughters homemade pumpkin pie. Never have been to a Ukrainian wedding or funeral where food wasn't served.

Then we drove down to the 'family' beach at Stanley Park.

And that was that.....RIP Rose
