I love San Fransisco.







A person might think that I have a huge ego. Maybe...if you were to ask me, I'd say no, just awfully good looking. And likes to cook too. I was going to do some ribs for supper last night and just thought, what the hell....I'll shoot some video too.






I have a smoker too and if I have planned things out properly, I do the whole routine. Dry rub, sit for 24 hours, then a cold smoke for 6-8 hours, then make the mop, dress it and x2 wrap and into the oven at 250 for maybe another 3 hours. Slow is my mantra.
