The ship, Oregon Responder, is a pollution control vessel. Home port of Norfolk, Va. I don't quite get that unless she is not an actul state vessel but just happens to bear the name.

And if I knew anyone in Homeland Security? I'd be suggesting that someone pay aattention to this ship. I talked to three crew members..asking permission before taking the pix...and they were as jumpy as a flea on a dog.
