Hi Gary this is so true. I asked a good friend of mine in Haines Ak. If he thought the border would open up before winter. It was a no. I said to him the Canadians are pissed.The national security threat a couple of years ago and then the masks. The point is my friend did not argue with me about Trump. Oh yes I am not a Trump fan and my friend is a hardcore republican I live in Homer and came up in May from Arizona. Now I am stuck I will be packed for Sept.21 departure but think I will have to fly out. I have enjoyed reading your stuff over the years good luck.
