Beer, trains and a Copper Museum with Trench Art

We were back-tracking a bit...got some blue jobs done..oil change and a broken tail-pipe clamp welded up. Spent the night in the Museum Bar parking lot..thanks you folks...a laundry and showers and hair...and rolled on south...stopped for a bit in Cottonwood and Clarkville...Jerome is just up the hill.

Running road art in Cottonwood....

And a lady walking her Corgi in the Library park area.

Cottonwood has pretty nice brew place...That Brewery...and they lets us use their parking lot for the night.

Also a very funky Old Town..that we drove back and forth thru looking for....?? and didn't find it.

That was when we went for the beer and parked for the night in the That' Brewery lot.

Next morning we went on towards Jerome and slipped in Clarkdale. They have a pretty neat downtown, too. They happen to also have the train that many many folks take...we didn't...wasn't running that day, but the cost of $130 Cdn, might have dissuaded us anyway.

The Copper Museum..now that was worth the price of admittance....

A display of Trench Art...these are expended shell casing from WW1 that soldiers had used to creat art in the face of a terrible war.
