My Germanic/|Virgo'isms demand certain things. One of them is that when you say you are going to do something, to the best of your ability, you do it. I give that of myself and expect it of others. Often, people make excuses for poor performance, blaming it on stuff that has no connection to reality. I am now discovering that attitude here in Yukon.."oh, it's the North"...what nonsense. It's an excuse for an 'I don't care' attitude, which in fact, I enjoy and prefer..I just think that if that is your way of conducting your business, you should say so, right at the outset, then no one gets disappointed.
